Roku/BroadwayHD subscription - no videos

Bought Roku Express and a subscription to BroadwayHD. I can log into the channel but everytime i try to play/watch a video it says "an error occurred : video not available".  Any way to fix this? Thanks

I have also tried deleting the channel, restart and adding the channel back on, still not working.

I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
