So the audio coming from my tv is perfectly fine on the menu screen but when i open Netflix i hear the intro noise but when i select a movie its just all staticky and screechy same goes for when i open Hulu
It's unclear whether you are talking about a Roku TV or a separate Roku device connected to a tv.
When seeking help it's ALWAYS a good idea to include your Roku model, model number, and Roku software version (all available via Roku menu path Settings > System > About), as different models have different capabilities and the advice you need may depend on this information.
