When using the Spectrum apo on my Roku 2 it will randomly bounce out of the app to the Roku home screen. This is a problem that has started in the last week and is very irritating. I've tried restarting the system and it did not help.
If the issue doesn't happen in every channel, you'll need to contact Spectrum support to report the issue with their channel (app) and request additional support. Each channel on the Roku platform is built and maintained by the channel provider. They'll be able to best assist with any specific issues you encounter within their channel.
