Right Now Media

Right Now Media having trouble logging in with username and password. Have bypassed Wifi and Network came directly out of Sonicfirewall still cannot connect. If connect with Hotspot it will work. All Roku devices doing this ? Computers we can connect to Right Now Media and phones. We can use phones as Hotspot and connect Roku TV. Any idea what could be the problem ?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Is this the only channel that you are having issues playing content when you are connected to your wireless network?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
