For the most part Roku doesn't create channels.  You have to reach out to Streema and ask them to create a Roku channel/app.

Thanks for the insight, but the app is already on Google Play and Apple Store so I didn't think Apps need to develop on a new platform.  I thought Roku added apps from those Sources to add to their list of apps.

Nope.  Roku is not Android or iOS.  It requires an entirely different app using a language that only Roku uses.  A lot of providers aren't willing to put in the effort.
