NOW when streaming Spectrum, the remote freezes, and yet new batteries don't fix the issue. I believe it is a software issue (input signal). Spectrum says my Roku is too old and not current and compatible.
Spectrum just signed a new agreement with Spectrum. I wonder if Spectrum or Roku has changed protocol, and something needs updating. How do I resolve the issue?
Can you please provide more specific information regarding the issue you are seeing? What Roku model device are you using? It is up to the channel provider to decided which Roku devices their channel will support.
