Registered Channel can not be watched

Hi, I paid for tennis channel on August. But I could not watch the US Open from tennis channel. I emailed ROKU two days ago and no response. Anyone know the reason? Thanks in advance!

How did you subscribe to the Tennis Channel? Through your Roku? Directly to the service (via Website, for instance)?

Go to https://my.roku.com and click the Manage your subscriptions link. It will list all subscriptions there. Is there one?
