Refund

So I need a refund back. Bu account was charged 7.99 today for a channel that I don’t even use! Is it possible that I get the refu? ASAP please and ty

First, check your subscriptions:  https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions

If you have none, the charge may not be coming from Roku.  All you'll get here is the classic "contact support"  at https://support.roku.com/contactus

I did and wow it says that I have a subscription. I didn’t even subscribe to it. It’s their a way I could still get a refund?

Doubtful.  Roku has a "all subscriptions are prepaid and nonrefundable" policy, but you can try going through that support link.  It's not generally easy to subscribe to something without knowing it, but you may want to set up a PIN so that no purchases can be made without entering the PIN:  https://my.roku.com/account/pin

Do you have more than one Roku linked to your account?  You can see all your linked devices at https://my.roku.com

Also, don't forget to unsubscribe!

...are there other family members who have access to your ROKU?  If so, they might have inadvertently subscribed to a channel without your knowledge, and without requiring a PIN, that is easy to do.
