This has been the case for a couple of weeks now, and today I removed the NFL channel, restarted the TV, and added the channel back - but issue persists.
Specific issue: Go to NFL channel, click 'live, click 'redzone' --> will not load, white screen with blue spinning icon indicating TV is trying to load channel, but redzone never appears.

I'd recommend reaching out to NFL channel directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

I submitted a request to NFL, but no response yet.
FYI, looks like NFL released an update to their app - completely redesigned. not liking it so far, but we'll see if RedZone works on Sunday - as I'll be watching that primarily since my Ravens play on Thursday.
redzone not working, as they're expecting to sign in with my provider rather than my PSL credentials. all other aspects work.
