Red key on most HGTV shows.

Says not accessible unless I have access through provider. I DO have access through Frontier. No options to address on Roku.

Problem fixed. Here's what I did (I have a Roku TV). I removed HGTV Go, then added back in. I restarted the tv, selected the channel, had to go through the activation process, and all is well now.  Don't know why, though, the platform spontaneously didn't recognize I had access. But happy ending.

Rather than accessing via The Roku Channel, try installing the HGTV GO app from the channel store.   Log into that with your Frontier credentials.  If it doesn't list Frontier as one of the tv providers, take it up with Frontier.
