RTN channel

I am trying to re-purchase/subscribe to RTN (racing channel network) for live harness racing but I do not have access to repurchase. Under channel it just says installed. Any ideas on how to repurchase a subscription to a channel another way, or any reasoning as to why it won’t let me?

Have you tried logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
