ROW8 inquiry - need assistance

why is this "outfit" that streams or is suppose to stream not listed on 

the great ... justwatch.com us new,  where dozens and dozens of streaming channels

are shown ?  something is just not right.  "fledgling" keeps showing up, researching.

never heard of them, before a tempting roku /row8 ... up to $6 off promo. caught my

attention.   has anyone done this december freebie ?
