About 15 minutes ago my ROKU device (table top model about 3 years old Model 4250X) just froze and stopped working. I am connected to the Internet just fine. I get the ROKU home screen, but cannot chose anything. It is just frozen!!! Yes, I have disconnected the internet connection and power at least 3 times!!! Of course, there is no real customer support so I am stranded as I am living in a temporary housing situation with absolutely no TV now!!! To say I am beyond pissed is putting it mildly. Can anybody help? I live alone and don't know anyone in this neighborhood. Thank you.
My Roku device, Roku Express+, has frozen my TV. All I get is the Roku opening scrolling screen. Internet provider, Spectrum, says I’m getting the signal OK. Using Roku Device I cannot turn off the TV. or go to my choice of programs.
A couple of days ago I couldn’t use voice commands.
I disconnected everything and unplugged electrical source. Waited a while, then reconnected everything. I also put new batteries in my remote. I have since replaced the units with ROKU firesticks. I hope this helps. Good luck.
