We've had our ROKU since 2014: it was working perfectly. But tonight all we see is an ad to buy a new ROKU for $79.99. We can't  get any of our streaming stations: just the ad for a new ROKU. What's going on with ROKU?

I've never seen such an ad.

If your system is responding to your remote, have you tried restarting your Roku?  Settings > System > Restart system

Otherwise, try pulling the power plug for a few seconds then plugging it back in.

What model Roku? 2014 are old models that are losing support from many channels.

Thanks and after unplugging the electrical plug, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back into the outlet, the Roku is working again!
