[RESOLVED] Unable to access some Roku services

We believe this issue is now resolved and all services are now restored. Thanks for your patience.

We believe some on-device purchases as well as activating new devices may also be impacted. We are continuing to work to fix this issue and will provide another update soon.

Currently, some customers may not be able to add new channels to their devices from the Roku Channel Store.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are working quickly to resolve this issue. You do not need to contact customer support, but please try again later.
