PureMusic channel not working

Device = Roku TV:  TCL 6-Series Model 65R625 

When I add the Puremusic channel and select it, the splash Puremusic screen appears and no other action occurs.  Can't play the Puremusic channel.

Anybody else experience this problem with the PureMusic channel?  Any suggestions to make it work?

I tried removing the channel, rebooted the Roku TV, and re-added the channel.  Didn't help.

I rebooted all my network equipment and that didn't help either.
