Purchased movie before, but cannot find it now

I bought a movie about 6 months ago called forever young with Mel Gibson and Jamie Curtis, but now I have to buy it again, why?  It was when I had the 55, I gave the 55 inch tv to my parents, I got the 65, but now I have to buy the movie again?

What service did you buy it from? Amazon and Fandango Now? Are you using the same email and so the same account as before? If not, that's why you have to buy it again.
