Puerto Rico TV

Puerto Rico TV includes a number of channels. Puerto Rico TV can be added and I get charged immediately. However, none of the channels launch beyond 13%. I've removed and re-added several times over the last year without success. Does ROKU regularly test the channels offered? I emailed WAPA TV to see if they had an issue on their end and never got a response.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Puerto Rico TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
