Problems with Roku channel

I'm watching the Roku channel and I'm watching White collar season 1 episode 2 right in the middle of the show, were the fourth commercial would pop on the screen freezes you can rewind but you can't fast forward, I had to exit out play from the beginning and fast forward through that area missing about 5 minutes. Something wrong with the video.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Does this happen on all movies/shows in the Roku channel or just specific titles? 

Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'? Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
