Problem with playing recordings through Xfinity Stream app
I'm using a Roku Express to watch programming through the Xfinity Stream app. I have recorded over 70 episodes of a TV show, but when I use the Roku remote to scroll back through the list of recorded episodes, I can only go back about 20 episodes and then Roku crashes and returns to the Home screen.
I think this is a Roku problem, and not an Xfinity Stream app problem, because I can scroll through all 70+ episodes using the Stream app on my desktop, my tablet, and my phone. But on multiple Roku Express devices, I can only scroll back about 20 episodes before it crashes to the Home screen.
