Problem with PlutoTV

I loaded PlutoTV onto my Roku device.  I opened PlutoTV and the "Live Stream" came up and works fine.  I switched to the "On Demand" to watch a movie.  I selected the movie and started it.  About a minute into the movie, the movie went off and the screen went to the Roku screen.  I tried several movies and had the same issue. 

I tried PlutoTV online support and got an email with instructions to make sure Roku and PlutoTV were updated.  And to remove and reinstall PlutoTV.  I have done all as instructed and the On Demand movies still do the same thing.  There is no way to contact PlutoTV directly.  

Any ideas?

Thanks for the information.

Please make sure when removing the channel, that you restart your device before adding the channel back again.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Pluto TV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Pluto TV channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
