Problem watching shows

When I had the cable & internet hooked upin my name I had no problem watching shows on my feed but since my roommate got the cable & internet hooked up in his name & I had to cancel my account now I can't watch my shows on my feed I keep getting told subscription not available I've tried doing a restart on my roku & nothing I've tried calling the cable company with no help  can someone plz help me

I'm not sure what you mean by 'your feed'.

Wouldnt this explain your problem? Are you talking about a specific Channel that you paid for?

Are you getting a Home screen?
