I have a new HBO Max subscription.
My Roku has been set up and operational for a number of years, without problem.
I see that HBO Max is supported, set up a subscription and attempted to add the channel. My device finds it, but fails when I attempt to add it with a generic "error" message. I rebooted the Roku and tried again. no luck.
I checked my account on the web and I see that HBO Max is showing as "Installed" but it is not showing as installed on my device.
Any insights are greatly appeciated.

Me to. Cannot add. Have a valid HBO & Max login but comes back as generic error.
