Prime video

I can get prime video on all my devices but one tv says it cannot find it or we get an error message reads “prime video could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network.  Please check your connection” but we can get it on all TVs but one

In regards to the Roku TV that is unable to access Amazon Prime Video, are you able to stream other content on that TV? How is the connectivity to your wireless network on that Roku TV?
