Channel Issues & Questions

My Hitachi Roku TV does not have Prime Video app. The app is not available in the app store either. At the moment I air play content from my phone to TV but having the app on TV would be great. Any ideas how I can get it? Thanks!

Where are you located?

Where does the IP number for your internet connection say you are located?  (Find out via any of several websites, like https://www.iplocation.net/)

Where are you currently located? 
Please be aware that channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. 
For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

ah, that makes sense. I am in Barbados. Perhaps Amazon Prime Video is problematic here. I will investigate further.
