I used to have a vizio tv, it has the prime video and hbo apps, so it's not a question of Region, I switched to a Hisense Smart TV (Roku TV) and I don't have access to install these apps, when I enter the store On the web, the apps are available but I don't have access to install them.
Apps can be available on one platform but not another. If the channel isn't available in the Roku channel store on your device, then it's not available for that device in that location. The channel developer has to permit it to be used on Roku devices in your area. It doesn't matter if there's a working app on the Vizio, as that's a different platform.
