Watching Prime movie and screen goes black and returns to Roku main menu. Has happened multiple times during the movie. First time I have had this problem. Any ideas?

If removing the channel, restarting your device from the Settings menu, and then adding the channel back once more isn't resolving the issue in that particular channel, yet other channels still stream normally, you'll want to reach out to the channel provider directly to report the issue int heir channel (app) and request additional support. Channels (apps) are built and maintained by the channel provider themselves, and they'll be able to assist you with any issues you encounter in their channel best.
