Prime Video

I am trying to add Prime Video, but when I enter the code it says it is not available in my area. I find that hard to believe as I know other people have it.

Thanks for the note.

Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing.

You shouldn't need a code to add the Amazon Prime Video channel to your device, unless you are referring to your Roku account PIN.
