Prime Video wont load - kicks us off internet

Prime Video will not load. I've done all the trouble shooting as recommended by roku and amazon. It kicks us off the internet everytime we click on the app.

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Some customers have reported that they have rebooted their router and they were able to resolve their issue, have you tried that?
