Prime Video not working on 43" Hisense Roku TV

The Prime Video app, for the past week, stalls on opening and switches back to the main Roku TV Menu. My tv's system updates are current, and I have tried removing and adding the channel back in. Prime Video works fine through my Sony BR player app, but not on Roku.

Did you restart the Roku TV after Prime app removal and before reinstalling?

1) Remove Prime app

2) Restart  (Settings/System/Power/System restart) <-- Must do this here

3) Reinstall Prime app

PRIME VIDEO NOT WORKING Roku TV

I just discovered by accident...trial and error! I told the Roku remote with voice to cast Amazon Prime Video to tv and it did!!! We haven't been able to get it on in days! We tried all the usual remedies and some would work temporarily but then not work soon after. Note: My tv's are newer and have voice remotes.
