This is not an issue with Amazon. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps Roku and Amazon have instructed me to do. Both Prime Video and YouTube channels will not load. This is a Roku issue and it needs to be addressed by Roku and fixed. It’s been over a year and nothing has been done by Roku. I have two Roku boxes, so I get asked if it’s a good buy. It’s not, so I’ve been telling everyone to buy an Amazon Fire Stick instead!
