Prime/Amazon video does NOT stream at 1080P on Roku

If I use the Prime app on my Samsung and watch a program that is 1080P , it shows me on the bottom that it is 1080P, but on two Roku's that I own, both 4k HDR Roku devices, neither will show anything on Amazon in 1080P...This is very frustrating.  They say HD on the bottom where it should say HD 1080p.  In the past it didnt show anything as in resolution but it does now.

 

Do I need the newest Roku?  The devices I have are not that old and were top of the line like 1 year ago.

 

I compared it to my Samsung, it definitely is NOT 1080P.  Noticeable difference.
