PopNow on Roku - won't play

I have a 4200X - Roku 3 Tried watching PopNow App and no shows will play.  Gives a Media Authorization Error.  Roku says I have access to it, but nothing happens after error.  I made sure the Roku was updated, and the app was as well Version 12 Build 29
