Poconos Television Network

I set up account, it tells me to enter the four digit number on the TV screen, no numbers has shown. Not able to call Roku, for instructions.

Hope somebody may be able to help.

I understand that you are trying to install a channel and the screen is asking for Roku PIN Code, is that correct?

Please log into your account at my.roku.com and updating your PIN. See more here: How to create or update the PIN for your Roku account 

  1. Visit my.roku.com.
  2. Sign in if prompted. For assistance, learn what to do if you have forgotten your email address or password.
  3. Under PIN preference, select Update.
