I am dealing with an ...UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE from PlayStation Vue

You're in the Roku group, nothing they can do about an account hack or a phishing email.

They approved a refund but will not be going back
For one, it was  blank blank blanking difficult to get to Chat....To begin clearing things up

Was not a hack.
I opened an account to become a subscriber.  Their computer or something closed it hours later by mistake and locked me out of getting into my account to remove payment method., .  7 days later , i got charged.
