When I try to add a channel it ask for a pin when I put the pin in its says its incorrect I've changed the pin several times and even disabled it but I still can't add any channels with out the correct pin

Start by going to settings->system->about and making sure the email shown there is the same as the email on the Roku account where you are making changes.
