Pin won’t change

Changed pin to purchase channels online and when I go to add a Chanel on my tv it keeps saying wrong pin how can I fix this?

Have you checked settings->system->about on your Roku to make sure you are logging into the correct account?

Do as @Strega says and confirm you are logged in to the same Roku account on your Web browser (https://my.roku.com/) where you set the PIN, and on the Roku box Settings > System > About

If they are the same, re-enter the PIN from your Web browser and ensure you are not making a typing error. You may want to use the numbers at the top of your keyboard and not any keypad on the side, just in case keylock is accidentally off.

Once you've confirmed the PIN in your Web browser, reboot your Roku device and try again.
