Pin Required Inside A Regular Channel

Hi - I have a pin set up to add channels and also for the Roku Channel.  However, there is one regular channel (one that plays videos of birds) that requires a pin to play its videos.  I have no idea why.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
