PhotoView by Google Photos App Error Message

Jump to solution

I am trying to set up the PhotoView by Google Photos so we can display document on our office TV. First time opening the app and I am displayed with the following error message:

An Error Occurred in 'onNewToken'. Code: -60 - SSL certificate problem: certificate is not yet valid.

When I hit the retry button, the screen says "loading".

Has anyone encountered this error message?

@jenphilo

Thanks for the inquiry.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

I'm experiencing the same thing but mine is a "SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate".  Did you find a solution? This is a new issue and is only showing up on one of our TVs.
