Peloton channel installs without permission, multiples times

I've just removed the Peloton channel for the third or fourth time after discovering it had installed itself without my permission. 

How do I keep this from happening again?

Should mention that I'm using a TCL Roku 55"

1) Verify other devices/users arent trying to install the Peleton app (if you have multiple devices on your account)

2) Verify a remote button(s) isnt being accidentally depressed.

3) Verify the Roku Remote app isnt being used by another user (on their phone/tablet)

4)  Verify your remote(s) isnt sending a stray/rogue IR signal - remove the batteries from your Roku TV (or other devices) remote for bit (use the Roku Remote app temporarily).
