Peacock subscription

My peacock subscription is registered as “Premium” on my mobile device, but says free on my Roku Express. Any ideas?

Check your credit card statement.  better yet, contact peacock and ask.  As you know, any paid subscription for streaming "traditionally" is not refunded pro rata, but ends only at time of renewal.

Premium subscription has commercials

How do you contact Peacock regarding commercials on premium subscription? I’d like to try to resolve it before canceling but if I cancel it will be permanently.

By the way, Peacock Premium has commercials. Peacock Premium Plus is the ad-free plan. All that is explained on the Peacock TV Website.
