Peacock not coming up on my Roku Express+

I am unable to find the peacock channel on my Roku express+. I’ve downloaded it on my account on my phone, but, once I open up my Roku app it’s nowhere to be found.

@IAmZach

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried checking for a manual update on your Roku device and then seeing if the channel shows up?

For more information about how to check for a manual update on your Roku device, visit our Support page here: How do I update the software on my Roku® streaming device?

Please keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
Danny

A page on the Peacock website says Peacock was written to run on these Roku units:

Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)

Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later)

Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)

To find the model number on a connected Roku, check Settings > System > About
