Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I have several issues using Peacock on my Streambar.
- Occasionally while scrolling down the live TV Channels, the app will close suddenly.
- When I try to leave the app, I press the option "Are you sure you want to leave - Yes" but it just freezes there, I have to still press back on the remote.
- The worst problem: the automatic jump to the next episode is all wrong. Some good 5 minutes before one episode is over, the little screen pops up saying the next episode will start in 15 seconds. This happens way to early and if you don't stop it, you'll miss a good part of the current episode.
Please fix it or let the Peacock folks know about it!
We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1.Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2.Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3.Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
