Peacock Channel glitching picture on Roku ultra

During tv episodes the picture goes black for a second a half dozen times throughout an hour episode. Happens on my Roku ultra but not my stick+. I've restarted, redownloaded app, unplugged everything and still doing it. Hasn't happened on the couple of movies I watched just tv episodes. Any ideas?

When removing a channel, please make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back again specifically in that order.

I am having the same issue with Peacock blacking out multiple times. 

I have removed the app. Rebooted than reinstall. Still having the same issue.

Thanks for the information.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Peacock directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Peacock channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

same thing happens to me, And I make 3 on this topic have same exact problem That would translate to 30% on avg just nobody is speaking up!!   SO ROKU and PEACOCK have a problem they need to fix if 30% on avg Ultras" are having issues with playback on Peacock. So who every moderates this place need to pass something along to WHOMever can start a ball rolling. .

I forgot to add that it is not just on Peacock. It is sometimes on any series that has adds in them. It is sync time issue the same black out delay starts just before a commercial and the again during almost every comercial then right before the show return to play

This happens on my ultra as well along with the hdcp error and finally the whole picture going to snow that is unrecoverable until unplugged.

I have also had issues with Peacock on a brand new Roku ultra.   I went to wqatch the first Harry Potter and had sound buy no picture.  Restarted a few times same thing.  Went upstairs to the oldest Roku stick in the house and no problem!!!  I bought the ultra for the faster processor and hoped for better performance but so far I'm not sure it was the right choice.

Thanks for the post.

We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1.Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2.Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3.Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow-up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.
