Paying for ad free version, however numerous ads are present.

I am paying $1.99 per month for the ad free version of Radio's Classic Broadcasts, however commercial advertisements are playing in about every 10 minutes of programming.

Ensure that the account that's shown under Settings->System->About matches the account you use to login at https://my.roku.com that shows the paid subscription.  If everything matches, you'll need to contact the channel provider (Radio's Classic Broadcasts) and ask them what's going on.
