Paying for SHOWTIME thru Roku 3 months, caant watch

My checking account has been billed 3 months for SHOWTIME thru Roku.  Yet I am unable to watch SHOWTIME programs. Either fix it or refund my money

If you signed up via The Roku Channel, then I believe you also need to watch it via The Roku Channel.  The separate Showtime channel app most likely will only recognize your credentials from subscribing directly with Showtime on their web page.

If you signed up via The Roku Channel, then I believe you also need to watch it via The Roku Channel.  The separate Showtime channel app most likely will only recognize your credentials from subscribing directly with Showtime on their web page.
