Parental Controls PIN not working

I set up parental controls for our device. I have double-checked the PIN and even tested it out.

It is required to enter the parental controls PIN in order to add a new channel to the home screen and we are able to enter the correct PIN and add channels when the prompt shows up.

BUT when I enter the Roku Channel and try to select ABC News, the parental controls pops up and after entering the correct PIN it says "PIN is invalid"

What can we do to fix this?
