I started to notice commercials playing on a couple of streaming CBS shows I watch. (Not Live TV)... I have been on extended hold with Paramount Customer Service and continue to hold, will see how long it takes. Of interest it did give me a recording stating the call volume is currently much higher than normal and hold times are much longer than expected.... Hmmmmm I wonder why... Perhaps it is thousands of other unhappy customers calling in to see what is going on, or they could have just set all calls to do not disturb and will be in an infinite hold. It is funny as the message says to check out the website for trouble shooting tips, etc. Like that is going to work. I also did notice on another site with the same subject matter, the comment was removed by Paramount and all replies hidden.
