I have tried everything suggested and nothing has worked. My internet is working fine on all of our devices and channels. Please help!

I am having the same trouble with paramount +. I have the Roku device, I subscribed to it but it won’t let me do anything. I sign in but still stays in the same screen that says sign up for paramount plus, watch free episodes and sign in/ out. I hit sign up and it says I already did but I can’t watch anything. So frustrating. The 7 day free trial will be up before I even get to see anything.
I am using a device I uninstalled Paramount plus I have unplugged my device Reinstalled paramount plus and still getting error
