PASSWORD NOT RECOGNIZED

I have removed a channel that is not loading and reinstalled it, I also have reset the Roku to factory settings. Roku recalls my reinstalled channel original subscription password, which I was required to change due to a recent channel update. Roku doesn’t recognize my new password, “invalid credentials”.  How to get Roku to accept my new channel password?

Thanks for the post.

When removing a channel, please make sure that you restart your Roku device before adding the channel back to your Roku device, specifically in that order.

Does that resolve the issue you are experiencing? Please keep us posted.
